All orders are custom made just for you! Please allow about 7-10 business days for us to create your order. Shipping is an additional 2-3 business days. Orders may be expedited – please contact us for details.

Ordering and Payment Information
All credit card payments will be processed through Pay Pal. You do not need a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. You may use Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. We also accept personal checks. Please send your check to the following address:

We will begin your order as soon as the check has cleared. Please allow extra time for us to receive your check and for the bank to process it.

Shipping
We have a flat shipping rate of $6.95 anywhere in the United States. At this time, we do not offer International shipping. We use USPS Priority so once your order is completed, the delivery time is usually within 2-3 business days (from order to receipt is usually within 8-10 business days). Your order can be sent faster via UPS for an additional fee. Please contact us for the amount.

Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your order from Up~Chuckies. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. All shipping for return items must be pre-paid with a delivery confirmation. Personalized items can not be returned so please be certain of spelling, etc when placing your order. If we make a mistake, we will either refund your money or replace the item at no charge – it is up to you.

Privacy Policy
Up~Chuckies does not sell, rent or otherwise divulge any of your information entered on our site. Any personal information is confidential and for our use only. All information submitted to Pay Pal is for the purpose of making a payment to Up~Chuckies. You can view the Pay Pal Privacy Policy on that site.
