How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are custom made. We promise to fill your order within 7-10 business days – usually less. We ship via USPS Priority Mail so once your order is created, it will take an additional 2-3 business days.

Can I get my order faster?
Sure, just contact us so we can try to accommodate you!

Can I send the items to a different address as a gift?
Of course! We think Up~Chuckies are the perfect gift! Just be sure to use the recipient’s address as the Shipping Address. We use a cute gabled gift box with grosgrain ribbon. We can include a gift card as well. Simply enter what you would like to card to say in the specified section and we’ll do the rest! Please try to keep comments short – we can’t write very fast!

Is there tax?
We charge 7% tax to residents of Georgia.

Is everything machine washable?
We firmly believe that baby products should be easy to care for. It just doesn’t make sense for baby’s favorite blankie to be hanging to dry while they are crying! Everything is machine washable with one exception: the Tooth Fairy Pillows should be spot cleaned for best results. Everything else can be washed in cold water and put in the dryer on the lowest setting.
